NEW REGULATIONS TWO COSTUMES Under new ASA regulations swimmers CANNOT wear two costumes while competing, and if they are found to be doing so then they will be disqualified. This comes into force November 2009. ALL SWIMMERS MUST READ THIS From the 1st January 2010, new regulations brought in by FINA will restrict what swimwear can be worn whilst competing.
